Will it arrive before Christmas?
Order by November 29 for most gifts, or by November 18 for the wall art and the lantern (the hoodie, November 30). We make everything after you approve your design, so a quick yes keeps you on schedule.
What kind of photo works best?
One where you can see their eyes, taken in daylight. It doesn’t need to be sharp or professional. Group photos work best for the family sweater; for ornaments, wall art, the lantern, the jar and the mugs, one face is best.
When do I pay?
At checkout, after you’ve seen and approved your design. Nothing is made before you pay. Each gift is made to order, so it can’t be returned, but if it arrives damaged we remake it free.
Can I change the name or words later?
Yes, before you order: change them and see it again. After ordering, you have 3 hours to change or cancel from your confirmation email.
Do you ship outside the US?
Yes, worldwide. Checkout shows the delivery date for your address before you pay, so order by the dates above for Christmas.
