## Our shop

URL: https://www.merrilyfireside.com/about

Merrily makes personalized Christmas gifts to order from one photo, or just a list of names.

Every piece is made to order from a photo you took on your phone, and you see the design before anyone starts, because a face is the one thing you can’t get almost right. Nothing is made until you approve it.

Four steps to the tree

Your photo: Upload it, or tap a sample. It takes about a minute.

Your design: It’s drawn from your photo while you wait. Change it and try again as often as you like.

Made to order: Once you say yes, it’s painted, knitted, leaded or printed, ready to ship in 3–5 working days, and tracked all the way to the door.

Made to order, sold on Tedooo

Merrily sells through Tedooo. Tedooo takes the payment, tracks the delivery and runs the preview that shows your photo as a finished gift before anything is made. You approve the design; it is made to order and shipped to you.

## Shipping and returns

URL: https://www.merrilyfireside.com/about

Size & materials: Made: To order, from the design you approved; Text: Optional, up to 20 characters (the sea-glass tree: up to eight names)

Shipping: Made to order, ready to ship in 3–5 working days and at your door 18 to 36 days after you order, depending on the gift. Shipping is priced per piece at checkout, before you pay. For Christmas, order by November 29 for most gifts, November 30 for the hoodie, and November 18 for the wall art and the lantern.

Returns & made-to-order: Each gift is made for you from the design you approved, so it is not returnable. You can cancel or change your order within 3 hours from the link in your confirmation email. If it arrives damaged, send photos of the gift and the box within 14 days of delivery and we remake it at no cost.

## Questions

Will it arrive before Christmas?: Order by November 29 for most gifts, or by November 18 for the wall art and the lantern (the hoodie, November 30). We make everything after you approve your design, so a quick yes keeps you on schedule.

What kind of photo works best?: One where you can see their eyes, taken in daylight. It doesn’t need to be sharp or professional. Group photos work best for the family sweater; for ornaments, wall art, the lantern, the jar and the mugs, one face is best.

When do I pay?: At checkout, after you’ve seen and approved your design. Nothing is made before you pay. Each gift is made to order, so it can’t be returned, but if it arrives damaged we remake it free.

Can I change the name or words later?: Yes, before you order: change them and see it again. After ordering, you have 3 hours to change or cancel from your confirmation email.

Do you ship outside the US?: Yes, worldwide. Checkout shows the delivery date for your address before you pay, so order by the dates above for Christmas.
